3 Things to Upgrade your Bath Experience: Self-Care for the Burnt Out

The past two months for me have proven to be super difficult, and folks, to put it honestly, I burned myself out. Here are some items that I've turned to to recenter myself.

I love baths. If I want to do a few tasks, I can set up my laptop on the tray, or have a movie playing on my tablet. I can also put a candle on there, set my phone there, enjoy a glass of wine, or even eat food. Snag this bath tray and upgrade your bath experience!

On the note of baths, I love this melatonin soak from Dr. Teals. I got put onto this when I was struck with Long COVID. During the height of it, I would soak in it and it seemed to help a lot with easing the inflammation that was rampant in my body. I was calm, my nerves were (more) still. Although my Long COVID has eased up, I still use it regularly for that calming effect.

Paired with a lovely candle, from Harlem Candle Co.-- you cannot go wrong. Now, I got one of these candles as a gift, and I promise you, I lit this candle up every single morning as I was getting ready. I would light it before I got into the shower, and let the scent fill the mist with fragrance that I can only describe as sent from angels.

Tag me on socials and let me know how you're enjoying these recommendations, I hope you'll love them as much as I have!
